Michihito(Michi) Iseda is a professor of corporate law and attorney-at-law (Japan). Now he is in sabbatical, being a LL.M. student at Emory Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. His hobbies are cooking and watching movies. He also likes going out drinking with friends!
